Olds College
This RFP represents Stage 2 of a multi-stage procurement, posted on the Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC) and open to a short-list of pre-qualified firms who have subsequently been invited to submit detailed proposals.
Olds College of Agriculture and Technology (“Olds College”) is seeking a specialized, experienced Contractor or Construction Management company for a building infrastructure upgrade to the OCCI Research Lab and Greenhouse facility located on the Olds College campus in Olds, Alberta. The awarded company will help design, cost, manage and construct a defined list of facility upgrades and enhancements, including a pre-construction phase to develop a detailed project budget and construction schedule to undertake the work within a guaranteed budget. Attention to allowances and appropriate contingencies will be necessary to achieve the defined “Work” within the Budget.
