Mississippi Greenway: Kiener Implementation

Submittal Due Date: September 12, 2025 10:00am

Great Rivers Greenway is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express Mississippi Greenway: Kiener Implementation in St. Louis City, Missouri. This project consists of site improvements to Kiener Plaza, focusing on two primary areas of the larger park identified as the “Shade Garden” and the “Oval Lawn.” Improvements to the Shade Garden, located adjacent to the visitor center, include replacing the crushed aggregate plaza with precast concrete pavers and associated subsurface upgrades, removing existing trees, and installing new shade trees with a sub-terranean modular soil containment system. New site furniture will also be installed.

Processing your Digital ID can take up to five business days, and it is highly recommended that a Digital ID be enabled 48 hours in advance of submitting an electronic bid. Please plan accordingly. Instead of paying paper bidding costs (hand or hired delivery costs), a fee of $25 will be incurred for those who wish to bid electronically on a pay-per solicitation basis. Alternatively, you may subscribe for $50 per month for unlimited electronic bid submission for all agencies posting solicitations on the Bid Express website, plus get email notifications by agency/work type/commodity code.
