Project Description: Botetourt County, Virginia (the “County”) invites qualified Offerors to submit proposals for one or more nonexclusive franchises to provide Class 2 garbage and refuse collection services in accordance with this RFP, Chapter 20 of the Botetourt County Code, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (“VPPA”), and the County Purchasing Policy & Procedures Manual.
