Summary
The City of Caldwell (City) has been awarded a FY2025 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Brownfields Community-Wide Assessment Grant (Grant) and is initiating this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from licensed and qualified firms interested in supporting implementation services related to the Grant. The selected firm will support a range of professional services associated with the Grant, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), reuse and cleanup planning, regulatory reporting, and public engagement. The Intent of the RFP is to comply with applicable City, State, and Federal regulations and laws, including but not limited to 2 CFR 200 and 1500 as well as 40 CFR 33.
