2026-2027 Zone 5 Sidewalk Repair Project

Project Description: The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete sidewalk repairs throughout the west and north areas of Draper as described in the project plans and specifications.
Bid documents and specifications will be posted on U3P-Bonfire on or before Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 5:00pm. 5% Bid Bond will be required.
The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on U3P-Bonfire until 2:00pm on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be electronically and Bid results will be posted on the Q & A in SCIQUEST at the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being read. All interested parties are invited to attend.
Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through SCIQUEST before 12:00pm on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
