Insurance Broker, Aviation Insurance Broker, & Risk Management Services

The City of Tucson is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive insurance broker services, including risk management consulting and placement of property insurance for all City owned or leased real property (as Group 1). The City is also seeking proposals from experienced aviation insurance brokers to support the placement and management of aircraft liability and hull coverages for the Tucson Police Department Air Support Unit (as Group 2).

Offerors may submit proposals for both Group 1 and Group 2, or for either group individually. The City reserves the right to issue multiple awards and to award by group if it is determined to be in the City's best interest.

City operations include a broad range of services such as transit, refuse and recycling, water utility operations, and the management of a substantial real property portfolio with significant insurable value.

The Tucson Police Department Air Support Unit conducts routine flight operations within the metropolitan area. These aircraft are used to support departmental activities and are housed in a secured hangar at Tucson International Airport.
