This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for Manure Removal Services.
The NAICS for this requirement is 562111 with a size standard of $47M.
The U.S. Government desires to procure vendors who are able to provide all labor and resources necessary to perform manure removal services IAW with the SOW, on a small business set-aside basis.
Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socio-economic categories (including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Women Owned Small Business concerns), are encouraged to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
Some of the duties include: Manure removal services
This requirement is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price award and will include a base plus 4 years.
Questions will be accepted up to 10am on 19 March 2025. Questions received after this date will not be addressed. Answers will be posted as an amendment to this announcement.
Quotes shall be returned electronically to michelle_shoshone@nps.gov as specified in this announcement.
**Amendment 1**
Questions:
1. Will the waste be only horse manure? Or will other trash be added to the mix?
Answer: The waste is to be only horse manure.
2. Who is the current incumbent, and what is the contract value?
Answer: Apple Grove, 140P3019C0028. Current obligation is $244,525.00
3. Will the PoP be adjusted if the award date is passed?
Answer: Yes. This requirement requires higher level approvals. If the anticipated PoP is passed, the PoP will be adjusted to reflect the correct dates.
4. How many past performance questionnaires are required?
Answer: Only one is required, however please do not send more than three.
