PARK – MORRIS ROAD – RINGWOOD, PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ. (GPS COORDINATES:

41.13047, -74.24201) **THE ENTRANCE TO THE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT IS

LOCATED OFF OF MORRIS ROAD. PLEASE USE THE GPS COORDINATES FOR AN EXACT

SUM ALL TRADES). BIDDER ITSELF MUST BE CLASSIFIED IN THE FOLLOWING TRADE(S) OR IT

MUST NAME SUBCONTRACTOR(S) FOR THE FOLLOWING TRADE(S):

Failure to list all of the required DPMC Classified sub-contractors will render the bid non-responsive.

Division of Property Management & Construction, 33 West State Street, 9th Floor, Trenton, NJ 08608.

Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq and must submit bid security

as provided in Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions, Revised March 2026. No Bidder may

withdraw its bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids in

accordance with applicable law.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-

7.2:

• THE MINORITY PERCENTAGE GOAL REQUIREMENT FOR THIS CONTRACT IS 36%

PER SKILLED CRAFT.

• THE FEMALE PERCENTAGE GOAL REQUIREMENT FOR THIS CONTRACT IS 6.9%

PER SKILLED CRAFT.
