The purpose of this RFP is to contract with a contractor to renovate the former Teamsters Union Hall at 1871 Baldwin Street which was purchased by the City. The building will be utilized by the City of Waterbury for office space. Contractors are to review the plans prepared by Landmark Architects which outlines the scope of work for the property.
