* Unit pricing shall include basic pattern work that uses multiple colors. Bid prices includes cutting and installing tile into doorways and niches as required. Bid prices does
not include graphics, logos, or intricate patterns which will be billed hourly to be pre-approved by the appropriate Tennessee Tech personnel in writing. All flooring
installations shall be warrantied for workmanship and installation for a minimum of one (1) year from date of install.
** Floor preparation may include floor leveling, skimming, grinding, etc., rountine sweeping and vacuuming shall not be considered floor preparation and shall be included in
the installation unit pricing. Any additional floor prep shall be approved by the Project Manager prior to commencement of work.
*** Moisture tests to be provided and implemented by Contractor upon request by Tennessee Tech.
**** The above rates should include the cutting and transporting of new carpet to the installation site and the return of any remnants (as applicable), adhesives, base, etc. to
Tennessee Tech warehouse facility
Note: Square footage pricing is for actual square footage measurement of the room or space, not the quanitity of materials provided. Overages will be provided in material
supplied by Tennessee Tech. Remaining materials should be returned to the warehouse after completion of the installation.
