RFP - Demolition Services - 85 Bridge Street, Willimantic, CT

The Town of Windham, Connecticut is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide demolition services for the structure located at 85 Bridge Street, Willimantic, Connecticut. The selected contractor shall be responsible for the complete demolition and removal of the structure and all associated materials in accordance with applicable State of Connecticut demolition and building codes and to the satisfaction of the Town of Windham Building Official and Director of Development.
