Information to join the non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting can be found under the "Documents" tab.
A non-mandatory pre bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on May 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CDT. The purpose of the teleconference will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating on the teleconference, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this teleconference. If you plan to participate in the pre-bid teleconference, call in information can be found on the ProcureWare website at www.nppd.com under Bids and Contracts.
