Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide skilled labor services on an as-needed basis at the following Maryland Correctional Institutions: The Maryland State Correctional Institution at Hagerstown, The Central Maryland Correctional Facility, and the Jessup Correctional Institution. Skilled workers must have a Maryland 1st Grade Stationary Engineer’s license issued by DLLR and be able to work flexible shifts.
NOTE:
MES will only accept Electronic Bids on
MES Procurement Portal

). Mailed, Emailed, Faxed, or Hand Delivered (paper) bids will not be accepted. Requested Information on the MES Procurement Portal must be submitted on or before the bid due date, Submission option will not be available after the bid due date. Bidders may follow-up with the procurement department

to determine if their Bids were received on time.
Conditioning a bid or proposal or any other MES solicitation or bidding document will deem your bid or proposal non-responsive and not be accepted COMAR 21.05.02.22.
