Pursuant to the City of Asheville's Procurement, Purchasing and Contracting Policy, Bids will be
received by the City of Asheville for the following:
Description of Bid: City of Asheville Water Resources Division is requesting informal bids for a three
year contract to perform Lead and Copper Testing. This scope of the project will include up to 10,000
non-compliance lead and copper sample kits & analysis, 280 compliance sampling kits & analysis, and
shipping costs to the City and back to the laboratory for analysis.
