    The Missouri Department of Transportation, Kansas City District has determined that only one source, Traffic Control Corporation, can provide the Department with Econolite specific use products, warranty, and service repairs for existing Econolite products already installed in the Kansas City District. Traffic Control Corporation is the sole regional authorized distributor for Econolite products in the state of Missouri. These specific products and/or services have been documented as fully and absolutely compatible with all current systems. This notice shall meet the single feasible source posting requirements for one calendar year and in association with the needs described. Contract Period: April 30th, 2026, through May 1st, 2027, with up to (2) optional one year renewal periods.
