Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received by the Municipality of Penn Hills, through PennBid until 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 15, 2026, for the
MULTI-PURPOSE CENTER ELECTRIC UPGRADES
This project includes the removal, replacement and reinstallation of specified components of the existing electrical system at the Multi-Purpose Center building including sub-panel replacement, circuit reinstallation, associated electrical construction, labor, and all other appurtenances.
Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates are required to be paid on this project.

There will be a Multi-Purpose Center Electric Upgrades Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, January 6 at 2:00 PM at the Multi-Purpose Center, 2025 Lincoln Road, Verona, PA 15147.
All proposals must be submitted electronically via PennBid (www.PennBid.net), before 10:00 AM, prevailing time on, Thursday, January 15, 2026. At that time, bids will be opened with results displayed publicly on PennBid.
