Project Description: All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to renovate the mailbox area to create new student work spaces, new furniture and upgrade the finishes in the first-floor lobby area and common areas on levels 2 through 7 in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by O’Connell Robertson & Associates Inc, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the Student Lobby at Cougar Village 1 located on the 1st floor at 4385 Cougar Village Drive, Houston, Texas 77204. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will result in disqualification.
