Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) has a requirement for bulk liquid nitrogen. The Contractor's price must include all costs associated with furnishing and performing all work required under the contract in a complete and acceptable manner. The government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm-fixed-price type delivery orders for this requirement.

A solicitation will follow and posted to this notice. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation posted to this pre-solicitation notice. It is the contractor's responsibility to check this website periodically for amendments.
