The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, is seeking to purchase a new water phantom, software, and components/accessories to replace the current system, which is at its operational age-limit. A new water phantom is required to perform annual quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and commissioning scans of linear accelerators (LINACs) used by Radiation Therapy Staff to treat cancer patients.
Software to analyze scans will be installed on a laptop computer owned by BioMed, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.
