The Provost Marshal's Office (PMO) Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for Contractor Vetting and Commercial Vehicle Escort Services at various gates aboard Camp Lejeune, NC and Marine Corps Air Station, New River, NC. The requirement is for a base year of twelve (12) months and one (1) twelve month option period to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
It is the Government's intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The award will be based on price and other factors. The proposed acquisition is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561612. The NAICS Industry Description is Guards and Patrol Services. The Small Business size standard for this requirement is $29.0 million. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisiton Procedures).
This Pre-Solicitation notice is not a request for quotes. The coming solicitation, M67001-25-Q-0014 will be posted on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at www.Sam.gov. The Government will inform all interested parties who reply to this notice, when the coming solicitation is posted. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov.
Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov. All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code) and be registered with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at www ,piee.eb.mil.
