Lamps and Light Bulbs

Project Description: The City of Dallas (“City”) Building Services Department is requesting bids to establish a 36-month Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“ID/IQ”) master agreement for the purchase of lamps and light bulbs. An ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of goods and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined, as this agreement will extend to all departments for citywide usage. Any goods procured through this solicitation shall be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. The estimated quantities/expenditure are not representative of the actual quantities to be ordered. The estimated quantities/expenditure serve as a means of reviewing cost amongst submissions. Actual quantities purchased may be more or less than the estimated quantities/expenditure during the term, depending on inventory levels and anticipated needs. The City will not be responsible for any anticipated profits or losses, by any bidder, based on estimated quantities/expenditure provided.
