Project Description: The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: New park improvements including: Site and vegetation clearing, four playgrounds, 62,655 Sq Ft of concrete, Basketball Courts, and Site Furnishings. The engineer's opinion of probable cost of the base bid and alternates is around $2,440,385.15.
