Description

GSA has a need to estimate the fair market value of the Birmingham-Southern College. The intended use by the GSA Asset Management and Valuation Division will be to use the value(s) and other information in the appraisal report to make informed decisions about its real estate, including potential acquisition and/or disposal, and/or management and operation of the GSA portfolio.
