Submission: Bids must be submitted either via email to waynem@emeryschools.org or via mail to IFB HVAC REPLACEMENT Attn: Wayne Maxfield PO Box 1297, Castle Dale, UT 84513 no later than 1/30/2026 at 4:00 PM.
Pre-bid Conference: In order to submit a response to this IFB, Bidders must attend a mandatory preproposal conference in person on 1/22/2026 at 10:00 AM. To attend the preproposal conference, Bidder must email Wayne Maxfield (waynem@emeryschools.org) by January 19, 2026 by 4:00 PM. The preproposal conference will be held on January 22, 2026 starting at Cleveland Elementary School 30 S 100 W, Cleveland, Utah at 10:00 am. The conference will travel to Huntington and Cottonwood elementaries.
