Historic Pearl Street Nomination Request for Proposal (RFP)

The City of Sioux City, Iowa is hereby soliciting consultant proposals to perform a Historic Register nomination for the, Historic Pearl Street District located at (Water Street to the West and Pearl Street to the East, 4th Street to the South, and roughly 7th Street to the North and incorporates approximately 9.35 acres including 30 buildings), Sioux City, Iowa, for the National Register of Historic Places. This request invites qualified consultants, who meet the Secretary of the Interiors Professional Qualifications for architectural historian and/or historian, to submit proposals to accomplish the items of work as described below under Scope of Services. Additionally, the consultant should have proven experience in field work and Historic Preservation and the National Register. The activity that is the subject of this project will be financed in part with Federal funds from the National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior.
