The Work required for this Project includes: Demolition of seven (7) building structures down to the foundation (foundations to remain per plan). Structures are a mixture of timber and steel framed buildings. Suitable materials must be recycled or reused as appropriate. Below grade utilities as indicated on the plans are to be capped and abandoned in-place.
