Description
Canada has a requirement to establish National Master Standing Offers (NMSO) for the supply and delivery of Commercial Diesel Generator Sets, accessories, and the provision of training for all Federal Government departments and the identified authorized users on all engine controllers, transfer switches, networking systems, and generating units supplied as required. There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
