THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE.

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number is 140P6426Q0005 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06.

(iv) This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 321113 and the small business size standard is 550 employees.

(v) Please see the attached Price Schedule for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure.

(vi) Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, a unit of the National Park Service is seeking Comfort Station Supplies in accordance with the attached Specifications and Price Schedule. This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in or around January 2026.

(vii) Period of performance will 90 calendar days after receipt of an award. All materials shall be delivered within that time.

(xiv) Not applicable

(xv) Offers are due at 12:00 PM ET on Tuesday January 13, 2026 via email to jarrod_brown@nps.gov. Please reference the solicitation number in email subject line. Please include the following items with quote package:

1.        Price Schedule
2.        Offeror Information (SAM Unique Entity ID, Point of Contact Email Address)
3.        Completed Provisions (52.204-24 and 52.204-26)
4.        Acknowledgement of Solicitation Amendments via SF 30 (if applicable)

To be considered for award, offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management and be considered a small business for the size standard associated with the NAICS code specified in this solicitation.
