Disposition of Property at 9 Mill St, North Reading, MA

The disposition is subject to those terms and conditions set forth in full in that document entitled: “Town of North Reading Request for Proposals Disposition of Property at 9 Mill Street North Reading, Massachusetts RFP # 2025-04TA” (the “RFP”).  The RFP is available for pick-up at North Reading Town Hall, Department of Public Works, 235 North Street, North Reading, MA 01864 during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Fridays, excluding holidays. The RFP is also available electronically by emailing a request for the RFP to the Director of Public Works, Joseph Parisi, at email address jparisi@northreadingma.gov .  Those obtaining the RFP from the Town, either in person or email, must notify the Town of the applicable contact person in writing either at time of pick-up or when sending your email to Director Parisi.

Proposers are required to submit purchase proposals to Joseph Parisi, Director of Public Works, 235 North Street, North Reading, MA 01864, between 9 AM, November 17, 2025 and 12:00 PM, December 5, 2025.  Proposals will be opened on the date received and will be immediately available for public review.  Proposers may submit amended proposals and may withdraw a proposal during the proposal period.

Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing and sent via email to Joseph Parisi at jparisi@northreadingma.gov NO LATER THAN November 3, 2025.  Site visits of the property are available upon request.

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, Section 16.
