The following provides a Summary of Revisions for Addendum #2 for the Port Lavaca Living Shoreline Project.

• Correction to Section 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS, Paragraph 1

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Port Lavaca (Owner) at

its office located at 202 N. Virginia St, Port Lavaca, TX 77979 until Tuesday, January 6th January

16th, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time.

Attachment A: RFI Responses

All vendors are required to acknowledge this addendum in paragraph 5.03 of the bid form.

Attachment A includes all RFI’s received by Mott MacDonald through Civcast and are provided with responses

from the Engineer.

1. Due to the bidding timeline running through the middle of holiday season and having to

source proposals from multiple suppliers and vendors would you please consider backing

up the bid date 2 weeks to allow for better communication and pricing from

vendors/subcontractors?

An extension has been granted until January 16th, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. Sealed Bids should

be delivered to the City of Port Lavaca at its office located at 202 N. Virginia St, Port Lavaca, TX

77979 before this deadline.
