ATTENTION: PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
NOTICE INVITING BIDS: DOORS & GATES - MAINTENANCE,
REPAIR & REPLACEMENT
WORK TO BE DONE: The City of Santee, hereinafter referred to as "City", is requesting bids for the
furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary for the Doors & Gates -
Maintenance, Repair & Replacement including but not limited to; ensuring the safe, efficient, and
reliable maintenance, operation, replacement and construction of doors, roll-up doors, and gates
through regular inspections, preventive maintenance and replacement or construction of doors, roll-up
doors and gates on an as-needed basis for City facilities including Santee City Hall, Fire Stations, City
Parks and Operations Center. The intent is to have all maintenance related work, repair and installation
of doors, roll-up doors and gates in one Public Works construction contract.
BID DUE DATE: Monday, June 8, 2026, by 11:00 AM at the Office of the City Clerk, 10601 Magnolia
Avenue, Building 3, Santee, CA 92071. Postmark date will not constitute timely delivery. Late bids will
be returned unopened.

CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE: Yes, upon award of Contract.
