Summary: The Division of Behavioral Health is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide a SaaS technology platform to collect client level govrnment performance and results act (GPRA) data from State Opioid Response (SOR) funding and must be administered to all clients at program intake, discharge and 6-month follow.
