Description: Roswell Park is requesting bids for a mobile coach for its EDDY (Early Detection Driven to You) Lung Cancer Screening Program. Specifically, Roswell Park is seeking bids for a mobile coach that can house a Mobile Low Dose CT Scanner that will be provided by Roswell Park. Roswell Park is seeking bid responses, in accordance with the criteria set forth below in this RFQ, from companies who are able to furnish, supply, and service a mobile coach. Roswell Park staff will carry out screening for lung cancers in various locations across the 8 counties of Western New York in this mobile coach. The mobile coach will be customized according to the specifications herein. Services and scheduling will be managed by Roswell Park staff. This is a request for qualifications and budgetary quotes. It is the intention of Roswell Park to negotiate the purchase of a mobile coach with a qualified vendor as a result of this RFQ. Due Date: 03/13/2025 2:00 PM Contract Term: initial term of three (3) years thereafter (the “Initial Term”). Upon expiration of the Initial Term, the Resultant Agreement shall automatically renew for two (2) successive one (1) year renewal term (each a “Renewal Term”) Location: Ad Type: General
