Notice to General Contractors:
Pursuant to ACA § 19-4-1416, the University of Central Arkansas is soliciting sealed written Proposals from qualified, licensed professionals for construction projects using the Job Order Contracting method of procurement.
RFP# UCA-27-004 Job Order Contracting for General Contractors can be found at the UCA Procurement website at https://uca.edu/procurement/ or contact the UCA Procurement Office at 501-450-3173. Proposals for General Contractors must be submitted by March 31, 2026 by 2:00 p.m.
The State of Arkansas reserves the right to reject all proposals and to waive any formalities.
