The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15, located at 3450 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS intends to enter into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Hemodialysis Services provided for Wichita, KS VAMC. The term of the contract is a base of one year with four one-year option periods. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available June 20, 2025, or shortly thereafter and will be posted via the SAM.gov, Contract Opportunities website. This requirement is being solicited under the authority of FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the SAM.gov website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a quotation, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement(s).
