This is not an amendment. The purpose of this annoucement is to incorporate the Site Visit Information Portofolio. Within the portfolio is the Site Visit PowerPoint Presentation, Sign-In Roster, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) instructions & Joint Certification Program (JCP) Announcement.

As stated in the PowerPoint presentation, an amendment will be released stating offerors are to submit their cage code to the Government POCs identifying they anticipate submitting a proposal. Once received, we will include your Cage Code in the Solicitation Module Request for Proposal. Once added, your Proposal Manager will receive an email of the solicitation. Please ensure your company has a Proposal Manager identified in PIEE. Instructions are provided in the Portfolio. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact PIEE.

There are controlled documents in this solicitation which are not available for public release. Specific instructions on how to obtain the "Controlled" items are identified in the PowerPoint Presentation. You will be required to complete the DD2345 via the Joint Certification Program (JCP). Please direct all questions to JCP at JCP-ADMIN@DLA.MIL or https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP. NOTE: JCP office is unable to process requests until at least early May. They are upgrading their system. No additional information is provided at this time. If there are any questions or concerns, please submit those in writing to the Government POCs identified in Attachment 19, Section L, Instructions to Offerors.
