Pre-Solicitation Notice:

The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government’s expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around 07 July 2023. The solicitation number will be FA448423R0013. This requirement will be a 100% Small Business set-aside.

Procurement Description:

The 87th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ is procuring cleaning services for lift/pumping stations, catch basins, and clearance of sewer/septic systems at JB MDL, Lakehurst.

The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562998, Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of $16,500,000.00.

Upon release to the public, the RFP, as well as any amendments, will be available at the SAM website https://sam.gov/. The RFP will specify the actual date and time for receipt of proposals. The RFP must be downloaded from SAM. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and no telephone request for paper copies will be honored. In accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7, all Contractors doing business with the Department of Defense shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management database at https://sam.gov/.
