DFAS requires brand name LOGBinder maintenance and support since it is the only item that can support the brand name proprietary
LOGBinder software that DFAS has perpetual licenses to. No other maintenance and support services can adequately support the
LOGBinder software solution due to the proprietary nature of the software.
Additionally, only the LOGBinder software that DFAS currently owns has perpetual licenses that will fill the agency's needs. DFAS
requires a software solution which has no impact on the MS SQL devices, as well as the SIEM. Through market research, DFAS has
determined that LOGBinder is the only product on the market that has zero impact on the MS SQL devices as well as the SIEM since
LOGBinder does not require an agent.
