Description

Project Title: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) Expand Fire Department Facility, Chambersburg, PA. Project Description: Construct a standard design two company headquarters Fire Station with additional structural apparatus bays. Primary facilities include f ire station, redundant power, cyber security measures, sustainability/energy and antiterrorism measures. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is a Competitive 8(a) acquisition; NAICS 236220-Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $45,000,000.00. Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract negotiated in accordance with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable best value method.
