Inspections Procedures/Requirements



FBOP Fire Suppression – Annual Wet Pipe (Sprinkler), Standpipes & Hoses (HAZ Complex Wide)



The Annual Fire Suppression Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance shall be conducted in compliance with the provisions contained within NFPA 25 (latest edition). The following items, at a minimum, are to be included in the annual fire suppression inspection/test. This is a convenience list only. For more detailed methods and frequencies, refer to NFPA 25. Inspection/test by a qualified contractor. The procurement documentation shall specify the qualified contractor performs the inspection per ASME/ANSI (latest edition) or local requirements, provides a written report documenting the items inspected, and identify all noted deficiencies prior to final payment.
