Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Grounds Maintenance Services, Hop Brook Lake, Middlebury, CT.



THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, and labor to perform the grounds maintenance services at the Hop Brook Dam-site/Project Office Area, Hop Brook Lake Recreation Area, and Naugatuck River Basin Area Office. The Hop Brook Lake Recreation Area includes approximately 31 acres of weekly and bi-weekly maintenance. The Hop Brook Dam and Naugatuck River Basin Office include approximately 2.75 acres of weekly and bi-weekly maintenance. In addition, all sites include spring clean-up, fall clean-up, pruning of shrubs and mulching of beds annually. Services are to be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and schedule. Work shall be performed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).



This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.



ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
