The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Gilmer, Glenville, West Virginia, intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Replace Chiller Pump. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238820; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The contract type is Firm-Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are the most advantageous to the Government, with price and time of delivery or availability considered.
All offerors must be registered in SAM at http://www.sam.gov. Each offeror is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certifications via the Online Representation and Certification Applications (SAM) at http://www/sam.gov. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after April 8, 2024, with a due date of May 1, 2024, and no later than 12:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time.
The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's beta.SAM.gov through web site http://www.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be made available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
