All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the following:
The Contractor shall provide all materials, plans, travel, labor, equipment, and supervisory staff necessary to be capable of inspecting the non-gas fired live fire training structure of Building 639, located at Grand Forks AFB. Said supervision shall be done in accordance with the requirements of NFPA 1403, 2018 Edition, Chapter 7 and the DRAFT Statement of Work attached to this Sources Sought posting. Thus, the contractor shall remove and reinstall the original thermal linings of the facility as deemed fit to meet the NFPA 1403 Standard. Provide a comprehensive debriefing to the end user with reports that determine all findings. Provide a Certificate of inspection that is valid for 5 years. As well as cleaning and returning all areas of work back to original condition prior to inspection.
The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
There is currently no incumbent. This is a new requirement.
