Notice of Intent to Issue Sole Source Purchase Order for Environment & Energy Publishing, LLC E&E News Subscriptions This notice is in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The U.S. Department of the Justice, Justice Management Division is the contracting office for this procurement. The purpose of this notice is to announce the intent to award a firm fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to Environment & Energy Publishing, LLC, 122 C St. N, Ste. 722, Washington, DC 20001 (DUNS: 019841324) in accordance with FAR part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) for E&E News Subscriptions. Description: The Contractor shall provide the following news subscription services: Environment & Energy Daily, EnergyWire, ClimateWire, Greenwire, and E&E News PM. It is anticipated that a purchase order award for this requirement will occur on or before November 25, 2023. The period of performance shall be for one (1) one-year period. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency if received by the Contracting Officer listed below
