The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requests responses from authorized and qualified sources capable of providing Eaton UPS Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Repair Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) incorporated within the attached RFQ N0018923QG028.
This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.0, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This synopsis shall be posted on System of Award Management (SAM) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil).
The RFQ number is N0018923QG028.
The NAICS code is 335999 - All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. This requirement is being advertised as an unrestricted requirement. There is no small business set-aside.
Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the Contract Specialist via email ONLY. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the vendor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.acq.osd.mil. All interested vendors shall possess an active registration and account in the System Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
Additionally, all quote packages shall include the following in order to considered for award-
