Targeting/Weaponeering Assistance Cell (TWAC) Analysis Support

The Contractor shall provide analysis and developmental support for a TWAC capability for DTRA in support of the Combatant Commands (CCMDs). This task order effort will develop the operational procedures, interface with the warfighter and derive Hard and Deeply Buried Target (HDBT) planning requirements, identify mission planning software requirements, identify and prototype software tool interfaces, provide initial target planning reachback capability, develop academic materials to communicate HDBT/WMD defeat methodologies, conduct HDBT/WMD defeat academics for Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, and provide in- theater HDBT/WMD defeat methodology support for CCMD personnel. The primary objective of this task order effort is to provide the technical expertise, engineering, and integration support to DTRA in developing, implementing, and maintaining a TWAC, particularly for the defeat of the “Hardest of the Hard” targets. This effort continues the ongoing research and development (R&D) support and operations and maintenance (O&M) training of the TWAC to DTRA under the current ARA task order HDTRA1-19-F-0003-0010.
