The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue a sole-source firm-fixed priced contract to Censis Technologies, Inc. 4031 Aspen Grove Dr. STE 350, Franklin, TN 37067-2950.

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii) and on behalf of the Memphis Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 intends to issue an open market sole source firm-fixed priced contract to Hamilton Medical, Inc. located at 4031 Aspen Grove Dr. STE 350, Franklin, TN 37067-2950. The rationale basis for the sole source acquisition is that Censis Technologies, Inc. (Large Business) is the only responsible source that can provide the technical and warranty support for the Zebra TC52ax-HC model TC520L-1HCMH7P-FT08.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 339112 - Product of Service Code for this requirement is 6515. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is 1,000 employees.
Background. The Memphis Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 116 N Pauline Street, Memphis, TN 38105, has a requirement for pharmacy scanner, hardware, and software. Delivery must be FOB destination 60 days after receipt of order.
