THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR QUOTE UNDER AWARD CONTRACTS 1284LM22D0033 THROUGH 1284LM220048. QUOTES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM THOSE CONTRACT HOLDERS.



This is a Request for Quotation, for hand thinning services, Salmon-Challis National Forest. The Forest Service intends to award one, FFP Task Order to one IDIQ holder, based on this RFQ. All terms and conditions of the parent IDIQ apply to this requirement. Please review the attached documents and submit questions on or before 04 April 2024, 12:00 P.M., CDT. You may submit your quote to Steven Dahlgren, steven.dahlgren@usda.gov, NLT 19 April 2024, 1:00 P.M., CDT. Late submissions will not be accepted.



(1) The estimated period of performance begins 17 June 2024 – 31 October 2025.

(2) NAICS: 115310; PSC: F003

(3) The project magnitude is: $500,000 and $1,000,000.

(4) Basis of Award: Past Performance and Price.

(5) All submissions shall be written in English, include a work plan, schedule of Items and CPARS evaluation print out for three recent, (within last three years), projects similar in price and scope.

(6) Submissions will be evaluated on a GO/NO GO basis.
