Description

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is15BBR024Q00000013 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).





Please read the following through its entirety:



The contractor is responsible for all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to perform Landscaping Services from April 2024 through September 30, 2024 at Building 4 & Dayton Manor. (Please refer to the Statement of Work attachment for more details).



A site visit is scheduled for: Monday, April 15th, 2024 at 10:00 AM. The address is 199 Flushing Ave Brooklyn, NY 11205. The second site visit will be conducted shortly after, the address is 9325 Fort Hamilton Parkway Brooklyn, NY 11209. Contractors are not required to attend the site visit but are recommended to do so. All contractors who are planning on attending the site visit must email b2rodriguez@bop.gov by Friday April 12, 2024 at 10:00 AM.

Friday April 19, 2024 at 10:00 AM. to b2rodriguez@bop.gov. Be sure to specify the solicitation number in the subject portion of the email



Evaluation factors are past performance, lowest price, and delivery time. Best value determination method will be used to make awards. The government will award to the responsible contractor whose quote is conforming to the solicitation.

5. Review and comply with the attached Service Contract Act WD #2015-4187 for appropriate wage determinations.



“The Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, apply to contractors and subcontractors performing on federally funded or assisted contracts in excess of $2,000 for the construction, alteration, or repair (including painting and decorating) of public buildings or public works. Davis-Bacon Act and Related Act contractors and subcontractors must pay their laborers and mechanics employed under the contract no less than the locally prevailing wages and fringe benefits for corresponding work on similar projects in the area. The Davis-Bacon Act directs the Department of Labor to determine such locally prevailing wage rates. The Davis-Bacon Act applies to contractors and subcontractors performing work on federal or District of Columbia contracts.”
