Description

Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition



The US Government intends to award a new lease using other than full and open competition for the United States Department of Agriculture in Honolulu, Hawaii at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.



The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 695 ANSI/BOMA office area. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.



Minimum SF (ABOA): 695



Maximum SF (RSF): 695



To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by April 28, 2024. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
